Shutting down a group I founded

I created a group one year ago but since it did not gather enough members (I was aiming at around 20 at the very least but got only 12), I would like to close it down. Last week I sent a message to group members informing them of my intention and nobody raised any objection.

Does anyone know how to shut down your own group?
