...This WAS a superb evening, thank you, MagicR for putting it together and keeping the team spirit up....
Just a quick summary - it was GREAT (and felt very special) to be the ONLY girl among these smart handsome athletic studs (girls of Geneva Online, you have really missed out :-) ) And they WERE seven - MagicR, Stef, Beastie Boy, Athos, Musiknonstop, Jimega and Keleko. And what NICE people!!! Most of them I was meeting for the first time (except for Beastie, whose personality and witty humour O have drown dangerously attached to), and let me tell you - what fun people they are to be around. :-)
Of course, after a couple of grappas the conversations took a dangerous turn with many bold confessions.. starting with Athos admitting that he couldn't find a G-key on his keyboard... and then Beastie Boy making the philosophical note of the day: "Attraction is not a matter of choice... Stef has made us all teary saying he's always been and will be faithful to his wife (Stef, you owe me one for not telling what you were REALLY saying :-) ) We talked some more about MagicR's small but quick fingers and then finished the discussion with some political talk.... of course :-)
And the badminton part was great too. :-) Beastie is a true monster in Badminton - he bet us all. :-) Both I and Stef were using the bright lights as an excuse for missing the volant... lots of fun and lots of sweating. To be repeated, definitely! :-)
So, anyone up to more badminton (and grappa?)
Your Lovely

The only thing I said is that I'm a good boy! That's what I really said!
Anyway, beyond these cleaning-ladies-low-lever-chat :-P ... I wanted to write something wit but I've been out-posted by the fastest keyboards in town: Billy the Kid MagicR and Calamity Jane lovely_Katia. I'll try to remake my way to celebrity writing it anyway: they say life is what you put into it. An evening out is the people that you put into it, I think! And this was a hell of an evening!!!!
See you all on Saturday Druugs! (and don't ask me what a druug is or we'll have another generational clash!!! :-D

Dearest Stef...
of course you were giving examples of what a good boy should behave like throughout the evening.. :-) But to diminish the generational gap, why don't we have the next event as a "Clockwork Orange" night (with your fabulous Italian cooking, of course). I'm sure it will be a wild success. :-)

Well, I had a great evening today, with intense badminton, followed by lively discussions around good Italian food.
Many thanks to MagicR and lovely_katya, who organized this badminton event, and to Stef, who shared with us some Italian cooking secrets that only Italians (and now a select group on GenevaOnline members) know...
I would like to come back to an intimate subject evoked briefly by lovely_katya.
It was only in 1969 that the G-key first appeared on keyboards around the world. Personally, it took me years to find it, as my confidence grew and I started to explore every part of the keyboard. There is, however, more to it than just knowing where the G-key is. Especially after you've hit it frantically several times in a row (like any newbie does, usually with its left index). In my own experience, I discovered that a circular move starting from my right index, slowly, slowwwwly, in the direction of the G-key, built great anticipation in my computer, with flashes of light going through the entire screen. Did I mention I also had to lower the volume of the computer?
As a scientist I feel it as my duty to continue exploring new territories for G-keys in order to expand my direct knowledge on the subject.
