The seats were great - i'd been before, in the standing section - but never in the stands, and it sure was lots of fun to be up in the stands with the die-hard fans.  The only disappointment was that we (Servette!) didn't win, but you can't plan for everything!

The idea to offer us tickets is really great ! We appreciated and enjoyed the match and the atmosphere, it was just a pity we lost. But it's not over!

Hey Nir,

Thanks for organizing the give-away of the hockey tix for Saturday's playoffs.  And thanks to the team managers for donating them!

Unfortunately Geneve-Servette lost in sudden-death overtime, but the game itself was exciting!  As a Canadian, it was great to see another country's hockey traditions and cheers in person.  The GSHC's live mascot (the eagle that was released at the beginning of the game), the cheers and shouting of the players' last names, and the "hockey hooligans" (who tried to climb over the plexiglass area walls) were all quite memorable!

We had a great time.  I'll definitely be following our team more closely from now on.

Thanks Nir for offering the tickets. It was my first time to watch a live ice hockey game but definitely not my last. The game was amazing especially when you were cheering for your home team. Never mind how it ended, it was a truly unforgettable game.

I had a great time at the Ice Hockey!  Good seats, a strange yellow towel thing, a real live eagle, volvos doing slides on the ice in the intervals, and all for free! 

From the perspective of GSHC I assume they have given these tickets to introduce people to the game and get them coming back and paying for tickets.  Well, I certainly will be back!

Playoffs are definitly much more interesting than the regular championship. It s much more intense, more fun!

Wonderful game! Regardless the final result, it was a good play after all. Thanks for the tickets and the organization Nir. With my friends (and the supportors of Fribourg behind us), we all had a great time!

It was a great game and a bit of a shame that it ended 3-4 against Servette. Until next time though.

Thank you so much from Halfmoon and I for this great evening! It was my first hockey game and I really enjoyed it! Exciting atmosphere, lots of fun. I was impressed by the speed of the game (heard that it was even faster because it was play off) and by the show in itself  (huge eagle balloon + real eagle !). So many thanks to the hockey people who kindly offered the tickets and to the Glocals gang who always has nice suprises for us! 

Violeta, since I'm in the picture too (though it's not a very flattering one...), and I'm actually the one who handed you the tickets, what about a little thanks here as well?! :)
