It's wonderful - no doubt about it, but when we were last there, there were hundreds of tourists so be prepared to meet loads of others up there enjoying the environment.

Thank you for the offer but I would not be able to get to Brig by 9.23am since I live in Geneva. THat's too early for me.

Hi Alex - it's now posted for next Sunday (19th).  You'll need to get the 07h42 train to Brig.  I know it's early, but it's a long hike and a long day and you'd be getting back at midnight if we started any later!!

Hope you can make it.  

(PS - there have never been "hundreds of tourists" when I've been - most of them only go up the cable car to the viewing point and back down again!).
