Hi Aurelien,
I just came back from a trip to Milan so perhaps I can help you out a bit.
You'll find nice boutiques nearby the Duomo, Via Torino. All the main stores are there. You might also check the Rinascimento Mall, which is like Harrod's.
On via Montenapoleone 1, there's my favorite Fratelli Rossetti.
Along that street you'll find most of the luxury shoes makers. Hope this will help you.

I think Kim meant La Rinascente shopping center. And in the street around the corner (via Agnello) there is a store selling English shoes/clothes.
