What do you mean by GA ticket?
GA as in "Generalabonnement" or "abonnement général" - you can only buy it at SBB.
Or if you mean the day cards that cover the whole of Switzerland - SBB Gemeinde-Tageskarten: ask at your "Gemeinde" (city or village where you live).
