Looking for any advice on buying snorkeling and scuba diving equipment? In Geneva or in Kenya? Or just renting there? We are total beginners :)
Any other recommendations on things to do/see while there?

You can be sure to have a good time in Kenya. Check out the following websites for activities to partake in while you are there.

http://www.magicalkenya.com
These are just a few of the options as there are a lot more and you may get spoilt for choice.
Also check out this crocodile farm called Mamba Village. Kids get so fascinated there.
