Hello all, I will be going to Berlin for 3 months to learn german. I have not been in Berlin since 1994 but heard the city is great. If anyone has any suggestions about life in Berlin, restaurants, particular sites outside the traditional sightseeing path, and nightlife, please let me know. I like all kind of musics and atmospheres.

ps: I will be staying first with a family but plan to move into an apartment later, any suggestions also welcome

Hi
I occasionaly travel to Berlin for my job (real estate in Berlin). It is easy to find an apartment in Berlin but if you need some contacts there, just let me know.

Hello, so far I am loving Berlin!! Thanks for the tip, I will start looking for an appartment next week, so any contacts are welcome. I might be in Geneva this week-end, otherwise let me know if you are planing to be in Berlin before the end of the year.
