as in the bridge, the main square, old town (north, south, east, west), the castle hill, the Jewish quarters, the Little quarters (along the river below the castle, which when i went was the yr after the great flood so you can see the damage where the water levels rose to the 2nd floor)... if there's any performances on at the Opera house (if you're interested in opera/music), they generally have fantastic performances, and at least when I went 5yrs ago, prices were still very reasonable. you may even see small performances by the local churches as you walk past by.
enjoy! could be quite chilly tho this time of year!

A weekend in Prague is too short... the good news is that there is a lot to do. Some suggestions

A number of companies offer Daily Prague Walks with a guide. These start near the Astronomical Clock in Old Town Square. A good way to get an idea of Prague.

Explore Prague Castle and hike through the hills around the Castle to Metronom. Explore Jewish Town, memorials/walks for Franz Kafka, Mozart and Johannes Kepler.

Evening walk along the river. At dusk, with the lighting, the views of the Castle from the Charles Bridge and other bridges are serene. There a number of top rated restaurants along the river to enjoy the view.

Czech folks love beer. Decent pubs are everywhere. Try out the pubs and clubs near Charles Bridge, Old Town and Wenceslas Square.

If you need more specifics, contact me. I visited Prague and Czech Rep recently for a week.

I lived in Prague for a year. The replies are all good advice!
Check out Kampa Park and Palffy Palac for dinner - both a bit special but you'll have to book.

Bars; try Bazaar on Nerudova near the Castle but dont eat there. Also the Banana bar off the back of Old Town square. Late drinking try Lavka by the river.
If you get a taxi negotiate before you get in.
