Restaurants in Paris

Hey everyone,
I am going to Paris this weekend with my boyfriend and I was wondering if you guys could help me out.
I am looking for some nice restaurants, bistros etc. Good food (preferrably some vegetarian dishes), not too pricy and not too touristy.

I am thankful for every suggestion that pops up. :)

Hi Sarah,

First of all, try to book restaurant via this website:

http://www.thefork.com

When I was living in Paris, I most of the time used it. It gives you discount or special offer on lot of restaurants.

Concerning the restaurants themselves, I recommand you:

- http://www.lemesturet.com/ Typical french cuisine, 30€ full menu, very good taste

- http://gladines-restaurant-paris.fr/ Typical south west french cuisine, awesome salad and main courses. Really cheap price compare to quality but lot of people so you'll probably have to wait a bit..

For desserts

- go to the Hotel Plaza Athénée, it's a Palace but you can just go in the Tea Room to eat Desserts from Christophe Michalak, World champion in 2005, 18€ per dessert but you gonna remember them I promise...

- http://www.music-hallparis.com/ the food is not the best but the desserts are just crazy. Go there middle of afternoon and ask for "L'avalanche". 38€ for 2 people and you get the top 5 of their desserts in one plate!

If I remember other things, I'll post them.
