I liked the Playa de Cala Jondal best, even though there are many people there and there is a lot of traffic, even some traffic jams. I also liked the Playa Comte and ate at the Sunset Ashram. Food was OK, the view was the selling point though.

In Sant Antionia: Visit Cafe Del Mar and enjoy some drinks and swimming pool  at theOcean Beach Club.

(Mambo Cafe is also nice as Cafe del mar is closed untill 5pm, it is just next door)

Ibiza: Certainly have a quit wlak in the old town and then visit after 3pm the Market, very nice atmosphere

For Restaurants, very cool place is La Calma at the port , you really dine next to the water and see a parade of luxury yachts.

For the Beach , you can go to La Playa des Salines and have lunchat the Jockey Club => Nice food, good DJ,  and best Sangria ever:)

Others. Blue Marylin Beach Club, but book upfront, certainly during the weekends

Nightlife, visit the Uyashai Tower,   9th floor, there is security control, but just walk into the hotel, after the lobby go left to the elevators and say the 9th floor, you will have a great view of the party people.

About other night life, all depends on the evenings, you have to check who is playing, the theme etc.   We loved Space (Enter.)  , the day we went to Pacha we were less happy, but all depends on your taste
