Furnished room in a WG from February till 1st of May!

Hi,

I'll sublet my room from February till end of April for 3 month. I will be travelling around.

I have two roommates (m).

Our flat is 100qm, my room is 15qm and fully funished.

We have a huge living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and two balconys.

A cleaning lady is coming 2 times per month.

The price including all costs (cleaning, internet, heating etc) is 850CHF per month plus 1 rent as a deposit.

The flat is near Albisriederplatz.

The flat viewing is this thursday!
