short answer no, 9 year average is 0.4983
So the CHF could retrace, but current fundmentals wont let that happen.....0.65 was a high end of '08 so that 0.65 level could be a target the markets find support.(2/3cents either side) Seems a bit bearish today but anything is possible:
SNB has clearly said doesnt like strong CHF & has intervened glouriously on the USD/CHF taking from a low of 1.007 to 1.200 & there is market talk that SNB want to take it to 1.25:
