Hi,

I am moving in Zurich end of April and would love to have the chance to start playing tennis again after years...

Let me know how it goes and if you have any good ideas.

I'd love to start playing tennis again. I used to play a lot each summer in England & France. Indoor courts are expensive (between 60 and 80 CHF per hour I think) but may be we could get a mixed doubles going?

The weather seems to be improving - we might get away with playing out doors - which could be less expensive...

what are peoples preferences here?

What day for Play suits you? Week day or weekend?

If week day then I'm assuming most people would prefer evenings. Last time I organised a Tennis round-robin club we always played on a Monday or Tuesday night as these were the less busy evenings of the week. Does that work?

If people reply then I'll see about booking a court or 2 within the next week or so. I'll let you know cost beforehand.

As far as playing standards are concerned there's no need to worry - just have fun. The more people the better the chance of getting a balanced match, early days there are always mismatches - which is fun anyhow ;-)

I like playing tennis a lot. In the company I work we have outdoors tennis courts, so we can organize a double/single game. Time is 45 min maybe longer if we play late in the evening, about 19,00. Who wants to join?? the court is in Horgen...
