I'm back from a massage and express manicure. Both were great and I loved the atmosphere. The massage was really good and I booked another one with Celine straight away. I'll certainly be going back and try the pedicure (they have a pretty cool new seat for pedi's that look really comfy).
They are adding a couple of cabins downstairs where the mani/pedi stations are so it's a bit noisy (but you don't need absolute silence for a manicure!).
The ladies were very friendly and professional so a great first time for me.
Next BuyClub offer, I'll be the first in line!!

Seems they've really tried to improve as I've been 3 times now and they were professional and gave good massages each time...they are certainly busy and pack their schedules tight so I did have to wait a few mins as they were behind but no such a big deal.

Worst massage ever, if it can be called a massage!?!? Went here with a friend for 75 mins massage which ended up being 60 mins fortunately. My friend had oil poured directly on the back and only half of the back was massaged. One girl had far too long nails which ended up hurting the body more than relaxing it. We both had pressing done to points which were not pressure points.
A very unimpressive experience, will never go back.

The overall feeling about armony staff are quite friendly, layout is cosy, I liked my tea at waiting place after massage. The space is not too big, the curtains can be annoying while getting in and out...but I did notice and apprecaited many details the management tried to improve ambiance.

The welcome space is small but cosy, I didnt feel quite understood maybe because the staff doesnt speak too much English. But I was very soon arranged to a friendly masseuse.

The massage was nice, smooth, she used more strength after I told her I like strong massage. I also had a 2 hour massage there before with buyclub coupon. That time I felt very relaxed and fell in sleep for a while..maybe thats why I didnt have too much impression or memory of the massage, This time I liked it better. But I have a feeling that the masseuse are more trained for relaxation massages than Swedish or pressure point sth like that,

It was very calm when I entered, 730pm, as I mentioned earlier, the place is cosy and relaxing with overal warm colour tune.

I had a nice time there for relaxation. I think it is good value there and really convenient opening long hours and 7 days

The massage was fabulous. I do not only say this because it was a present, it is true. It is one of the best massages I have ever had. And I am particularly difficult with massages. I often find it too strong or not strong enough and it usually hurts (my skin is thin..)..Or the person who does the massage has really too long nails and a bad breath.. etc, etc. So I am really amazed by what Ay (a very nice Japanese girl) was able to do with her hands, elbows and arms. It was a dream. She used various techniques (I asked her) because it was soft but sometimes a little harder. Especially on the top of the neck, where all the tensions are. I have constantly pain in this part of my body, unfortunately, and I can really say that tonight, when i turn my neck, i can feel a huge difference. Amazing. So nothing to say for the massage, I will recommend it to all of my friends and come back surely. Ay was also very nice and friendly. Ok for the massage, nothing to say, really impressive. I wondered afterwards how i was going to go home.. I felt so relaxed and released … I arrived really stressed by work and the heat and it helped me really to get over it. So I gave all of my points for the massage !!!!

But now, it is not only about massages, it is a complete experience and i have noticed a few points about this : I would never have noticed the small entrance of the spa, and i would never had gone to this part of town to get a massage. It is not the best place you could think to go to get relaxed.. Anyway, after having seen all the alcoholic, prostitutes, etc.. I entered the spa and the atmosphere had nothing to do with the surrounding.. . Who could have imagine this ?

You then enter the first door and you see a line with all cabinets one after another split only by a curtain. Ay tells me to be quiet because people in the cabinet might hear everything. Which is a negative point in my point of view. I am not extremely loud but I do not really want to sit here and be quiet. I didn't wait long, maybe 2 minutes max but I would also have appreciated a glass of water, ice tea, anything …that would have put me in the mood.. I noticed that some fruit and some peanuts were at disposal so maybe they didn’t offer me anything as I was just on time ? But i cannot imagine that they give peanuts to their clients without water.. !!! Anyway, the music was very nice, the smell exceptional, just the water was missing to put all of my senses ready and in the mood for massage.

The cabinet was really really nice and the masterpiece is the ceiling within the cabinet. When you are on your back and you look at the ceiling, you feel like laying in a wood of bamboos and you see the trunks going high up in the sky. The light on the side makes you seeing it like it was the sun.. amazing and really relaxing. Nice colours as well : purple and green. Really hot, comfortable and nature.. Really nice.. The cabinets have a wooden separation which reminds Asia. Really peaceful atmosphere. But still : when I start talking to Ay, I do not feel comfortable and do not dare to talk with my normal voice as there might be somebody else also having a massage who could hear me.. I was the only one I think but I wonder how it is when it is full ?!? if you hear your neighbour sneezing would you feel as relax as I am now ?!?

After the massage I got my glass of water !!!! I would have also appreciated to be able to stay 15 minutes more and enjoy a tea or something as I feel really sleepy (but so good !!!) I also would have appreciated, if I had a massage, let's say, at noon, to be able to take a shower... and the most important : no mirror to take a look at my hair (which have also been massaged !).. So i said good bye to Aye, being really satisfied. Because the most important is the massage and it was perfect. But I think the whole decor could be better. Especially when you take a look at the price list : the Richemond, for instance, offer massages that are not so much more expensive and have a hammam, coffee, tea, shower and all these little things that make a perfect stay.

I will go back to Armony though. Because it felt great and because it helps my neck a lot.

I had a couples massage at Armony with my husband back in November and had a great experience. The service was professional and the was environment quiet, comfortable and private (curtain-divided booths). The massage was also excellent.

I went for a second time last week and am 5 months pregnant. The masseuse was fantastic. She was skilled and very sensitive to my needs. She adjusted the pressure per my recommendation and tailored the massage to me.
She was very professional and made efforts to speak in French I could understand well (my French isn't great).

I have recommended Armony to friends and haven't had any negative feedback. The prices for some service can be high--but they are pretty comparable to the other spas around Geneva. The hours are flexible and the location convenient--especially for public transport.

I had a massage at Armony. The overall experience was pleasant and level of service would merit 3.5 solid stars. My massage was scheduled for 45min but lasted at least 1 hour. The masseuse was young but professional, the massage definitely helped my sore back. She was clearly making an effort,
asked about my preferences and followed them, adjusted the music, offered a drink twice. I asked for water, when leaving I realised they have a huge selection of nice teas... Things like that could be communicated a bit better, same with the fact that it is also possible to have a shower after the massage.

The place is quite small but cosy and the design seemed to work well, including the curtains separating "the rooms". I wasn't disturbed by other people but I have to admit the place was almost empty at the time of my massage.
During the massage you will have a nice surprise to discover the great "view" on the celling.

I also noticed they had a valet service that you can book in advance when you schedule your treatment - good idea when you struggle to park your car in Paquis.

As so often in Gva, the level of enthusiasm and smile could easily be improved but you can see they are trying.

Last months I had a good review of numerous SPA treatments in various places... and if I had to rate all of them Armony would definitely rate above average. And it looks like they seriously decided to make an effort so it may be a good time to give it a chance.

I had no idea of the bad reviews. I visited Armony yesterday, 3-4 months after my first experience - which was good - and left with good impressions. I think that overall Armony offers a good, relaxing experience in the heart of Geneva and the convenience of the opening hours (7/7, 10-21.00) is a great advantage for people working long hours during the week. Below my detailed comments in three areas that I find key in such places: reception, ambience, massage.

Reception: The reception by the two ladies was warm and welcome. I was led to the massage room by the masseuse where she explained me the process (change in the disposable slip, etc). I would have expected to be offered something before we start (cup of tea, water) but I am guessing the fact that I was 15 min late was jeopardizing their planning. Still, even if I was allowed 2-3 min to take a breath before entering the room I think it would make a difference.

Ambiance: I love the decoration of the waiting area and the rooms in particular! The "earthly" colors in combination with the ethnic touch create a unique atmosphere. The oriental tunes are relaxing and bond nicely with the environment. What I liked the most was the picture of the forest (bamboo trees?) on the ceiling of my room, that I could plunge in while enjoying the massage.

Massage: The massage I had was a combination of Shiatsu/californian. It was very relaxing and stress relieving. I appreciated the expertise of the masseuse who seemed quite experienced. Exercising pressure at the right points while using some really nice oils was the key for me to relax. On the other hand, I was not asked if I had pain in any specific part of my body that she could focus on. Finally, I appreciated that after the massage I was allowed a few minutes to relax and enjoy a cup of tea.

I personally think this is one of the nicest Beauty Spas in Geneva.

After reading all the bad reviews I was scared to go but Im happy I did not listen because I enjoyed my massage very much.
The place is nice, I was welcomed warmly and the massage was very good.
I will go again for a massage and maybe a manicure too.

There was an Asian therapist did shiatsu and I liked; I have no idea if she is still working. To be honest, I worked there for two days when the salon was opened, and I am feeling sorry for this place, the manager is young and no experience in management, all the therapists who are qualified won't work for her, the first reason why I left is because of the location(paquis), the decoration was pretty but no privacy for the clients, the manager is treating the employees like idiots, who wants to stay ? I have to admit that some of the therapists have not much experience and just finished their fist diploma but at least at that time they want to provide the best serveces they can, from the past reviews of glocals, I have nothing more to add. Just feel pitty.

Bad experience here. Staff messed up a booking for my partner and were rude when she arrived. Upsetting as it was her 50th birthday "surprise".

I want to disagree with all the bad reviews but can't.. i have also bought gift certificates for friends but they were not impressed either. Sorry... I think there needs to be a rethink on the staff perhaps?

"I went for a massage and although I had booked the time I had to wait (which wasn't made up afterwards so paid for one hour massage but didn't get one). The set up wasn't great, very cramped, the lady at reception not very friendly. Only the massage was good, but as I said, too short. I will not go back..."

The set up lacks privacy--curtains divide one treatment space from another. I found the pedicure very unprofessional. Took them 90 minutes; had to redo it a few times.
