very bad service. try to avoid if possible. Since February 2010 until today (September 2010) I have big issues with them. Either they simply lost/didn't receive etc. my files, either they do not recognise their faults, they keep sending wrong bills since February, together with reminders and fines. I finally successfully managed to prove they were wrong, but still waiting not only for my money which i had to pay to avoid the poursuites, but also for reimbursement money from the pharmacy/doctors bills. They did not accept duplicate bills from doctors, I had to ask again for "copies" of their bills, etc... Above all, they LIE! I think I will contact a lawyer as I'm sick of them. I give a star as I am obliged to give at least one, but actually they don't deserve any!
