Ordered a beer and a few cocktails, beer was fine, one of the cocktails was average and the last cocktail was horrible.

Requested "very nicely" if the bar could change horrible cocktail for one of the "average" ones and they said "NO". Then asked to speak with the manager who wasnt there. Manager came out a bit later to say that we were basically crazy thinking we could get a "FREE" drink out of this. The horrible cocktail wasn't drank at all.

Last time we are going back there!
