Excellent physiotherapist in the Plainpalais area (speaks French and English) - helped me recover from a blown out knee suffered playing rugby (torn ACL, MCL and bone contusion). Tried other physio therapists after the ACL operation to fix the ligaments - mainly to try the flashier facilities - but ended up going back to Catherine as her treatment is way more personalized and effective. Excellent at pinpointing what parts of the recovery need more work, utilises a wide variety of exercises to keep the sessions interesting, incorporates drainage massage to reduce swelling if you want.

Was great she worked on exactly what needed improvement each time, rather than following a scripted set of exercises as I've had at other physios. Would highly recommend for anyone suffering a sports injury.
