used the services of Ducret lately and unfortunately they have broken, marred or scratched something on every occasion they had to touch my furniture and belongings.

Beyond this they have first denied the damage, insinuating that this was all my fault; they have then rejected compensation claiming that their insurance was not covering the damage. Finally we reached an agreement - although not to my liking - but they will NEVER touch my furniture and belongings again.

And I have to give at least one star per the rules of the review, but they deserve none!
