"I also bought a very expensive watch and ordered a Raymond Weil leather bracelet for replacement. However, when I came to pick it up I found out that: first, it was not a Raymond Weil, second, it was not the colour I ordered, and third, they did not even apologize for the mistake they made (I payed the money in advance!), but told me that they currently have no more in stock and that this is all they have left!! After a big argument, they also said that they dont care what I think about their services and they refused to call the manager, I left and vowed never to return to that place again!"

"Absolute awful service!!!! Bought a CHF 2500 watch from them, and they didnt have 5 minutes to spare when the watch broke...their attitude was We dont have time for you, and we dont care what you think of our service. Basically, I now have a CHF 2500 piece of junk, thanks to Eden Bijouterie."
