Frankie has done some little jobs in my appartment, like fixing up curtain rails or light switches. He is competent, professional and resourceful, gives great advice and really goes the extra mile. All at very fair costs. Bonus: Frankie is a cool guy and great fun.

If you ask him to make purchase of goods/material on your behalf would be good to ask for a receipt or have a prior agreement on how to compensate his time spend on purchasing goods for you.
Apart from that quality of work was satisfactory.

Frankie has worked on many different projects in my house during the last year including; painting decor over the house, installing new flooring, tiling, plumbing, making a new door frame, helping me with electrical issues and most recently revamping my sad and outdated bathroom!
