Don't listen to what the customer wants.
Hacked over 5 inches of my hair off when all I wanted was a fringe & a tidy up. They cut my hair upside down so couldn't see them hacking it off. They couldn't have cared less. Bad attitudes. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!

Have been there for years but now want to change as service has gone downhill. Using the buyclub vouchers to try to find a new hairdresser. They rush you in Hairmania, and even when they hurt you, as they did to one person using a trimmer, drawing blood! - they just brush it off. Fed up with spending so much money to be rushed through. Tried the Wella voucher last Friday and was very very pleasantly surprised.
