Service is terrible, not in a typical Swiss way, but insanely rude! It takes forever to eat here, they will ignore you. The 6 of us ordered fondue for 4, the waiter refused to complete the order unless we ordered 2 more main dishes. How many people actually order fondue for the exact number of people?? Clearly just thought we were tourists and trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of you. They made us sit at a table for 4, pretty much on top of some poor guy who clearly wanted an evening to himself.
However fondue was good, but the service ensures I will not be returning.

Food not too bad but v. slow/indifferent service. When our starters still hadn't arrived after over 1 hour, I asked "how long does it take to cook a salad?", only to be told the delay was due to (our party of 7) having ordered 'different dishes', which apparently was 'complicated' for the kitchen!! Wine over-priced. 2 course meal took 2.5 hours.
"Excellent! I really like this place. Service is very good (though you might have to wait a bit - but that's not so important) and the food is really excellent. Prices are ok and the wine selection is good. On top of the good fondue, I do recommend the Tartare!"
"I must be honest, having lived here for a while, the fondues are great in winter! Service is excellent, as long as you are patient and willing to accept that they are always busy. The wine list is outstanding, and the salads are not to be missed. Great food, great service, great location, though the atmosphere is a little quiet - if you want a lively 'Swiss' (hmmm?!?) atmosphere, try the Edelweiss in Place de la Navigation!"
"Never had a bad meal here, great selection of food caters for everyones needs, good wine list, friendly service, need to book however as always busy..... great for taking visitors. Fair prices If want a large group room upstairs is great"
