I took advantage of the half-price Glocals offer and joined Sebastien's 90 minute hatha class, which was a real pleasure. Taught beautifully in French with just enough English instruction to guide non-French speakers. The class gave a contemporary slant to a classical asana and pranayama practice, with modifications making it accessible for different levels.
