Really enjoyed it. Food and service were excellent. Will be going back.

One of my top 3 asian places in Geneva. Very good food. though a bit pricey.

We had one of their discovery menus for two people. The crab and asparagus soup sounded nice but it was unedible without copious amounts of seasoning and the crab totally MIA. Tiny porc raviolis, exactly 6 pcs for two people! The sauce of the shrimp salad appeared to be nothing but standard mayonnaise and not the cocktail sauce I would have expected. Their idea of barbecue ribs meant a 2cm segment of bone with some burned meat on it. 3 of those for each. Last two dishes, stir-fried beef and caramelized duck in ok-ish quantities but not memorable in any way. Impersonal service.

The bill was 130 Fr including a bottle of mineral water, even after deducting the buyclub discount I could have done much better elsewhere.

I have been there several times. First time was a total flop., because we ordered wrong dishes. So the second time I became smarter and went straightly to the Singaporean speciality, wala, nice hit. The one dish I always have there is the Singaporean fried rice noodle. And last two time we also took the special starter (different asian tapas)mix for two persons, must say, respect for the cook.

TERRIBLE. Waited ages to get served, then got two main dishes (out of four), one bowl of rice and nothing again for over 10 minutes - by which time the dishes served earlier had gotten cold. Complained about service - no offer to make amends. Then got scammed on the bill.
Would not return again. Far too many other efficient, client-oriented Thai places in Gva to go to.

loved it ! used my buy club vouchers. good food, rapid and friendly (non-invasive, but always alert) service. host takes orders for 4p without notes ! .. the cute waitress will even take ur picture if u ask .. very homely and warm .. apart from a very loudly cackling british female guest at another table it was perfect (i somehow hope ur reading this !) .. the host even apologized to us for her behaviour .. LOL .. i loved the chicken with roasted almonds as a main course and the sticky coconut rice + mango as desert. not cheap, but not overly dear either .. i really enjoyed it and will return ..

love it ! Great food, great service even though the decor has seen its day its worth a dinner out with family or friends and the place is buzzing with expats (if thats your thing).

A 4 star only to encourage a little bit of an investment in the decor.

Jack's Place is definitively a place to go, from the welcome to the quality of the food, everything is fine and worth the price.

Great food, lovely service, reasonable prices, acceptable decor. Definitely recommend it for a night out with friends, its perfect for that kind of thing. The waiters speak good English and are happy to help you interpret the menu if your knowledge of Asian cuisine is as pathetic as mine! I tried something I normally would be scared to try and really enjoyed it. :)

There hasn't been a review for a while so I'll give a little update. I went back to Jeck's recently thanks to Buyclub vouchers and was pleasantly surprised. I went with family and kids and was impressed with their family-friendly attitude (a little more than half of the patrons were families with children). The owner/host/waiter gave top notch service and made you feel very welcome and at home. He impressed us all by taking the table's 8 orders without notes and smiled throughout. The decor could use a lot of work, but the food was good to almost great. Overall I'd give them 4 1/2 stars (why can't we give half stars?). If you want good food and are looking for a positive customer service experience, Jeck's won't let you down. I can survive the decor knowing that I'm appreciated as a customer and I'll be treated well.

No fancy deco but a steady excellent Singa food. Good price and service. Hard to find but impossible to forget.

"One of my favorite places to eat in Geneva. The Jeck's place noodles are a must - their flavors change all the time-sometimes more spicy, sometimes more seafoody but always delicious! Everything on the menu is good- the prices are a little on the high side but well worth it &if you go at lunch then the prices are very good for the quality of the food & the calm atmosphere. It is very clean & even a bitformal. The owner is very nice and greets his guests personally. The waiters are great too. The place to go for and out of the ordinary lunch on a workday or a nice dinner whenever :)"
