love it ! Great food, great service even though the decor has seen its day its worth a dinner out with family or friends and the place is buzzing with expats (if thats your thing).

A 4 star only to encourage a little bit of an investment in the decor.

Jack's Place is definitively a place to go, from the welcome to the quality of the food, everything is fine and worth the price.

Great food, lovely service, reasonable prices, acceptable decor. Definitely recommend it for a night out with friends, its perfect for that kind of thing. The waiters speak good English and are happy to help you interpret the menu if your knowledge of Asian cuisine is as pathetic as mine! I tried something I normally would be scared to try and really enjoyed it. :)

There hasn't been a review for a while so I'll give a little update. I went back to Jeck's recently thanks to Buyclub vouchers and was pleasantly surprised. I went with family and kids and was impressed with their family-friendly attitude (a little more than half of the patrons were families with children). The owner/host/waiter gave top notch service and made you feel very welcome and at home. He impressed us all by taking the table's 8 orders without notes and smiled throughout. The decor could use a lot of work, but the food was good to almost great. Overall I'd give them 4 1/2 stars (why can't we give half stars?). If you want good food and are looking for a positive customer service experience, Jeck's won't let you down. I can survive the decor knowing that I'm appreciated as a customer and I'll be treated well.

No fancy deco but a steady excellent Singa food. Good price and service. Hard to find but impossible to forget.

"One of my favorite places to eat in Geneva. The Jeck's place noodles are a must - their flavors change all the time-sometimes more spicy, sometimes more seafoody but always delicious! Everything on the menu is good- the prices are a little on the high side but well worth it &if you go at lunch then the prices are very good for the quality of the food & the calm atmosphere. It is very clean & even a bitformal. The owner is very nice and greets his guests personally. The waiters are great too. The place to go for and out of the ordinary lunch on a workday or a nice dinner whenever :)"
