As I don't know Bern at all, decided to go there because of location and nice web site.
Went there yesterday for hair removal, was so-so (more pain than usual and everything was in wax after), price is fine for nearly 40 minutes. Master was friendly and spoke some english, salon is clean.
But drink wasn't offered and master stood in front of me when I was, hm, undressing. It's not offending, just a detail.
I give strong 4 and probably would come back next week for some nail treatments.
