I cannot be happier with Luis and Co. Seriously moving is a stressful moment, and many details use to go wrong adding more bad energy to the whole process. We moved from a 6.5 room apartment with an elevator to a 7 room apartment on the 2nd floor without an elevator. It was pretty painful for the poor guys having to move everything up 3 flights of stairs outside, then once inside many heavy furniture and boxes had to go up another two flights of stairs as our new place has 2 levels. Just to give you an idea, we booked two trucks. The move took 10 hours total. The guys had to make a return trip to the old apartment to pick up more stuff so that's why it took that much time. My husband and I were very pleased with Luis and his team and recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional mover in Geneva.

Luis’ team showed up promptly (early actually), they are very professional and generally treated all my items with great care—even adding padding to bulkier items that I had not packaged well enough. Luis Moving - Very Professional - We moved the entire house contents from Arzier, Vaud to Canada in a 40 foot container. He had six guys packing, two trucks and a large van to ferry the contents to the container. I was impressed at the personal care and attention to details Luis gave every items, the professional skill was top class in wrapping & packing the container. NOT ONE ITEM WAS DAMAGED. When the container was unloaded in Canada, the Canadian guys were super impressed at how well it was packed, nothing moved during the transportation. I would highly recommend Luis moving to anyone. Luis helped my parents with their international move and personally my local move a few months back. All went smoothly! This month when one of the pieces of furniture he assembled was wobbly and broke, he came back to have a look and repair it. He realised that some spare parts needed replacing and was kind enough to find and buy them in Lausanne and came over again to repair it fully, without charging anything.

Accidents can happen but Luis is a nice, hardworking guy that you can count on!

Broke brand new expensive TV and only partially covered the cost with a lot of arguing and threatening to us!

After 2 weeks of back and forth we still don't have our TV replaced, so many hours on the phone, energy and nerves wasted.

Luis on the last phone call was threatening us in case we leave a bad feedback. Talked very rude! and never compensated the full damage!

Please don't take a risk and don't use his services.

It's a shame that Luis running his small business in the international city doesn't want to admit and pay for mistakes that might happen to anyone.


UPDATE (1 day after first post): after we have left several negative reviews online, Luis has made full refund. Nevertheless, he had no right to treat us, as his customers, with disrespect and threatening us.

Be aware that if something goes bad during the move - you might face unprofessional and disrespectful customer service.

A few days ago Luis and his team moved all of our belongings from our old apartment to our new house.

Right from the start, Luis was very responsive & professional.

A few weeks before our move Luis came to our apartment, explained the process to us, went over all our things and sent us a quote (which was much more attractive than all the other quotes we received).

He then answered all my questions quickly and clearly, which to me is very important.

On the day of our move Luis and team showed up on time and worked like pros:
- Packed all our stuff into boxes
- Dismantled the larger furniture
- Packed everything into their trucks and took it to our new home
- Re-built the furniture
- Placed all the boxes in the correct rooms

Despite facing some unexpected issues (broken elevator, narrow staircase etc) Luis and his team never complained and didn’t ask for more money than the original quote and they kept a positive attitude throughout.

Nothing was broken or damaged and they even helped me get rid of some stuff.

Moving is always stressful but Luis and his team really helped make it more pleasant and I whole heatedly recommend them for any move.

I can only commend Luis' services. We lived far away but he showed up the next day to estimate the size of the stuff to be moved. On time, reasonable prices, reliable, customer-friendly.
I paid 1'400CHF for a 3bedroom house with tons of furniture. They worked from 8am-6pm. That price includes 90 boxes (all sizes), tape, bubble and paper wraps. They took care of loading/unloading + dis-mantling/re mantling of furniture. GREAT SERVICE!!!!
They only thing we had to do was to pack/unpack our stuff; which they can do as well by the way!

Do not mix up with the other moving company where he used to work with before.. who actually didn't bother coming to our place for a quote and handled everything by email.

These guys are absolutely brilliant! Luis replied to all emails very quickly and arranged to meet myself and my wife at IKEA once we had finished buying all the furniture needed for the unfurnished apartment we had just moved into. Luis and Miguel arrived perfectly on time and quickly loaded everything into the removal van as well as helping me to quickly go back in and get 2 sofas that I couldn't manage on my own. They then gave us a lift back to the apartment with them in the van and had all the furniture unloaded and into the 3rd floor apartment (with no lift!) within 20 minutes (and it was a LOT of furniture!). No complaints at all about the 3 flights of stairs, they just cracked on and got everything in nice and carefully without even the tiniest scratch to paintwork or floor. So, extremely reliable and efficient as well as friendly. Best of all, they offer very decent prices (I compared quite a lot of different quotes!). I would most definitely recommend Luis and his team and I will certainly be using them again should I need to.

Fantastic moving service. They speak Spanish fluently, and some French and English as well. They also respond to emails and phone messages quickly and work on weekends - even Sundays. I have used them to move four times in the last five years, and they were always on time, prepared, quick and efficient not to mention polite and friendly.
