I have added this as I had a very bad pedicure and service this week. Lucky I had a groupon voucher so I only paid CHF 29 for a 60-minute feet beauty with a colored or French semi-permanent nail polish application (a CHF 105 value) but it took almost 2 hours, which I was left with my feet in water for almost 30 minutes. I had to ask to take my feet out. They had a problem with their computers so I also had to listen to the owner complaining the whole time. The person doing my feet even said my toes seemed tense, I think with the delay and not being able to relax that’s normal. Even after 2 hours the nail varnish is very badly done and not even an offer off a glass of water. I am sad they had computer issues but the client should not suffer because of this.

2nd visit
I went back (I always hope places improve) I had an eyelash dyeing and a lash boosting treatment. They ask for voucher (Groupon, sorry Nir) as soon as you go in so I assumed they would know what I was supposed to do but they were quiet unorganized. I had asked for an eye brow tint as well and they thought I wanted eyebrow plucking! The girl was very nice and gentle but then owner came over to take off tint and was so rough, I think she was in a hurry. I like the top lashes and eyebrows but they ruined my lower lashes which should not even have been touched in the boosting treatment. I went back but there is no talking to the owner she said they were fine. She is quiet scary actually. Sad as she should just have admitted the mistake and tried to make up for it.

Simply horrendous experience with their staff and their poor manicure pedicure skills. Never again.

I also had a so called make-up lesson and it was nothing less than awful.
I drove straight home and took the make-up off but before my daughter told me I looked really wired.
I wear very little make-up and was looking for a simple day make-up. The women, sorry can't call her a make-up artist, use very dark grey eye shadow - for a day make-up???
The owner had problems with her computer system when I called to make my appointment so I had to call back three times and she was in a very bad mood the day I visited her salon.
This visit was not worth the money even with the Glocals voucher I had - never again.
The place is not worth the one star I have to give to post the review.

I had a two hour makeup lesson and left half way through, it was so bad. The makeup was awful, and it was more of an application than a lesson. Luckily it was summer so I could wear sunglasses home as a disguise. I couldn't wait to take it off. Really not recommended, would give no stars if I could.
