With a friend, we had the buyclub yoshidome treatment at no27 last wednesday.

was EXCELLENT. the place is beautiful, and the service and treatment were excellent. we were greeted with smiles, taken care of, and at the end offered free drinks and finger food.

if the buyclub promotion was about getting us to come more to no27, then it worked because both of us bought 3 more dome sessions already!

we paid half price thanks to buyclub, but the full prices are a bit steep (maybe because I'm still new to Geneva I didn't know what to expect).

I went for a facial.
Minus: I arrived 5 minutes late and although there was no one lese, they made me wait another 5-10'. Then they left me in the cabin for 10 minutes, just so that I could take my top off. She started the facial and after 5 minutes left the cabin to attend to a client of hers (whereas she had a colleague at the desk) without apologising. Came back, still no apology. She put her hands back on my face without washing them, and 55 minutes later, instead of 1h20 later as described in their leafet, it was finished. So that part was disapointed.
Plus: facial was good, good harmony between music, products and face massage type (acupressure).
But for that price, and considering it didn't last the time it should have, I will not go back, even with a voucher.

Lovely place, nice staff but I had to really work hard to get an appointment. Spent 2 days trying and finally made it.
Had facial and manucure, the facial was absolutely brilliant! Would go back only with voucher as the prices are a bit steep.

Massages: so so, manucure: bad products but very good lady
Facial treatments: excellent, that I highly recommend (cavitation technology)

Prices: a bit high, would only go with vouchers.

Nice place, cosy treatment room and very professional facial. I enjoyed it a lot and would go back any time but without the voucher I think the price is slightly over the top compared to other places such as Clarins.

Excellent experience for me too.
I went for a body massage which lasted 90min.
Adriana, my therapist was kind and welcoming and provided the massage as per my request (with more time spent on my back and strong pressure).

Although I went by scooter, I was offered free valet parking + a delicious tea after my massage.

Recommending it and surely going back soon.

An excellent experience. The facial treatment was very good especially the natural scrub. I came out refreshed with a baby soft skin!

The beautician was very competent and friendly. She provided excellent beauty advice. I would definitly go back and recommend to friends.
