Oliver is one of the very few members of that virtually extinct species: photographers who are truly creative as well as know what the true essence of photography is all about.
Oliver has over the years produced a riveting portfolio of work for private individuals and corporations.
His approach to photography is deeply human, utterly without pomposity or conceit, and yet informing it is a razor-sharp critical and creative mind and, in view of his uncompromising rejection of photographic mediocrity, not a little courageous.

As in-line with my comments above, you can only come away from a meeting with Oliver feeling inspired about photography and a sudden realization of your freedom to create photographs with constraint.
