It's really great to work out with Amy. She is very friendly, flexible, knowledgeable and supportive. She is especially valuable in improving flexibility and balance. Highly recommend.
Really enjoyed trying out Yoga for the first time with Amy. Her class was easy to follow and left feeling relaxed and destressed after a long day at work. Tried her 1 to 1 sessions as well and found it very helpful to fit around my schedule. Great instructor and very professional. Would definitely recommend to others.
