TOTALservices: at your services (P.D) All kind of packaging supies is included in the price of the move. The client shouldn't pay for for boxes, scotch tape, manila paper, packaging paper or other suplie. Note: except when the service is just packaging, in this case are not included the packaging suplies in the price of the service.

I recently used Mr Sanchez and his team to move houses. I really want to recommend their services: efficient, hard working, curteous, careful and trustworthy. I will certainly call them again should I need them.
We have had great service with Joankelin. Good price for lots of work, on time. We used for hauling and assembly of furniture in Geneva.
Perplexed about TOTALService. After receiving a mailbox flyer and doing a websearch we called and emailed 2 weeks ago and a Mr. Joankelin Sanchez came to the apartment. He indicated a quote would be forthcoming for the work we needed done, but 2 weeks, emails and calls later, no email response, the 1st contact number has a message saying that the voicemail is full, and the 2nd contact number is now out of service.
We notice that the company has been run by a John Perez and then a JoanKelin Sanchez. Looking at the photo of Mr Perez on Glocals, we now see that it is the same person who came to our apartment - i.e. Mr. Sanchez...:-(
We are following up our little apartment works with other service providers (also found on Glocals), but now seeing the last 2 reviews, we are just hoping that TotalService is not some sort of scam operation in spite of the good reviews in 2014.

Do NOT use TOTALservice as moving company!!!
we had an appointment and confirmation from Mr sanchez to move our entire flat in Geneva. 3 movers + VAN. we had packed all our stuff but TOTALService never showed up. they left us (2 kids + adults) with all packed stuff on a sunday. we had to unpack some basic stuff to survive and also the time pressure with moving out, you can imagine.. TOTAL mess.
please don't use them.. worth paying more and use someone else. You might be next one standing there empty handed. Waning you all ....

Can anybody help me get in touch with John Perez? We hired his team for moving and cleaning and our cleaning failed the final inspection. I could not reach him since end of August this year, the Regie is charging me for a full final cleaning. I hope John can read this and get in touch. He promised a guaranteed final cleaning but unfortunately failed! Thank you.
John and team helped me to move flats. Great value and punctual. There were a few items damaged in transit, but John was very professional and got everything fixed/ replaced. Would highly recommend!

The TOTALservices team are pretty efficients, thay have made an excellent job in my apartment. Painting walls, assemblying IKEA furniture and the lamps. I recommend to everyone who need the good services at home as well for the price.
I moved recently with TOTALservices I'm so thanked, because their job was perfect, faster and clean besides a good price.
