I went to the Geneva Spring Family Fair recently and saw an empty sign-up sheet for massages. So, naturally I signed up to address my aches and pains in my neck, shoulder and lower back.
Alison was excellent in finding the knots and tension centers, turning, pulling, pushing, or just applying pressure. Though it was only 30 minutes, I really noticed more flexibility in my neck and less pain in my lower back.
I returned to Alison a week later as a paying customer and was able to have more concentrated treatment.
She is really good at finding the trouble spots, really working and manipulating the muscles to help them relax.
She currently works three days a week out of Holmes Place in the Globus department store at Molard.

Aly has been providing cranio treatment for me the last couple year to help me with my neck which has 3 herniated disk. Prior to Aly, I had tried several physios, message, plus a chiropractor.
The treatment is different than anything that I've had before. Now that I trust her, I really relax and it works amazing. I become extremely relaxed and sometimes feel a wave going through my body and even floating like intense meditation. It's hard to describe, but it seems to always provide a step-change improvement. I only wish that I still lived in Geneva so that I could get a treatment more often. I really feel that Aly always gages what I need and gives me a treatment that really is tailored to my needs. I recommend Cranio and Aly for problems and for relaxation.
