Hotel Gasthof zum Ochsen, Ermitagestrasse 16, 4144 Arlesheim, 061 706 52 00, Basel
Metzgede is a local tradition, where after slaughtering (usually a pig), many parts of said pig are being served (usually those parts, that have a short shelf life.
The "Zum Ochsen" in Arlesheim is one of my favourite Restaurants. Plus they are owned / work closely with the Jentzer butchery.
The event costs CHF 69.00, but they have not given all the details of the deal.
I have not made a reservation. I will keep you updated or just make a reservation yourself at [email protected] or call them at 061 706 52 00. Please mention glocals, so we can sit together.
There are a limited amount of seats so better be early.
