The Monday night Pub Quiz at Mr. Pickwick is a mainstay of the weekly Things To Do in Geneva. It's been going for about 7-10 years (someone correct me!) and it's really challenging.

Ten rounds of ten questions each on a variety of topics like: sports, history, Bryan Adams, music, film, UN, French literature, celebrity mug shots, famous Davids, Planets, Numbers, Fashion, Perfumes, Capitols, Flags of the World, Airports, Computer Terminology, Animal Kingdom, beverages, cuisine, beers, pop culture, TV shows, Olympics, In the News, and so on.

Teams can have up to 6 people. (1-2 bonus points for teams less than 3 people.) Each correct answer is 1pt. Ten correct answers on a single round gain you an extra bonus point. You are allowed to "joker" one round per Quiz, which doubles your points for that round (max: 22).

I go there every week and it's really fun. Even if you don't want to join every week, consider coming once in a while. You'll meet some fun people, challenge yourself ("Damn! I know that one! It's on the tip of my tongue!") and you might win. Weekly prizes are vouchers for free drinks.
