French cafe philo: La guerre se doit-elle d’être juste?

A cafe philo is a typical type of debate in France, it is in French but if your English is good enough to understand, don't miss it :-) No prerequisite needed.

Generally, about 25 people are attending in Annemasse, although they do not necessarily enroll via Glocals.
WHERE § WHEN : Our cafe philo is held every Monday at 7pm at Annemasse, chez Maitre Kanter (back-room).
The Taverne is right opposite the Town Hall (place de l'hotel de Ville) in the centre of the ANNEMASSE (France).

TRANSPORTATION.
Take bus n° 61it is direct (but more expensive)
Alternative : Tram 12, then change at Moillesulaz for the bus T1.
> Direction Lycée Jean Monet.
Get off at Annemasse-Poste, or Adrien Ligué or Clos-Fleury.
From Eaux-Vives Station, it takes about 30 mn to join the cafe philo.
Bus price from Moillsulaz to Annemasse center : 1, 20 euros.

Return bus at 20.40, 20.55 and later until about 22.30
In all cases, someone will offert you a lift to a tram/bus stop of Geneva.
