Dear Geneva-based non-profit folks,

We would like to invite you to the next informal event of the Geneva Non-Profit Network, taking place on Wednesday 25 May 2016 from 18 to 20h.

This event will take place on the Bateau 'Genève' (old steamboat between Jardin Anglais and Jet d'Eau).

The event is all about networking among people working for International Organisations and NGO's in humanitarian and development aid. Given the very informal character, the emphasis is on having a good chat while sipping a drink rather than exchanging business cards...

No subscription to this event is necessary; just come and meet the people in Geneva who are working for a better world. And don’t hesitate to drag your friends and colleagues along!

This event is also for people wanting to change to or volunteer in the non-profit sector.

We are looking forward to seeing you on the boat!

About the GNP Network

We are a bunch of young-at-heart people wanting to socialise with other non-profit folks.

Usually, we are very serious, but we have created this new network because we simply believe it would be nice for people working for the non-profit sector or for international organisations in humanitarian or development aid to provide an informal platform for regular gatherings to have a chat while sipping a drink.

We meet every 3 to 5 weeks, at different locations and events in Geneva. Sometimes there might be guest speakers or presentations, on other occasions we will simply have some nibbles and a drink.

For-profit people interested in changing to or volunteering in the non-profit sector are most welcome to join our events.
