Do you like comedy? Do you like, or want to try, making things up? Then learning improv is an awesome idea.

Improv is the art of making comedy up in the moment as part of a team. The core improv skills are listening, accepting and building on offers in order to create new ideas.

By learning these things, not only will you get to make lots of fun comedy (yay!), but you will also improve your confidence in public speaking, creative skills, spontaneity, listening skills, teamwork skills and thinking on your feet. Also it helps in understanding the creative process - useful in loads of ways.

Absolutely anyone can do improv - you don't need to be a comedy genius or have any theatre experience. It's a great fun thing to do, whatever your skill level or background.

So come along to this FREE improvised comedy workshop. In Parc de Bastions, run this week by Sean (middle in the blue jacket in the event picture) who will meet you at the Place de Neuve entrance. It's open to all, regardless of experience, age, or any other thing one can imagine. We like new people, so no one will get eaten by anybody.
