On Sunday, September 4, (if the weather is nice) I organize a great and major hike to Plan Glacier (2680 m) via Col de Tricot. It’s gradient, length and landscapes variations.… are exceptional Through this route w’ll see: glaciers. Waterfalls, scree, rocks and beautiful plain. ….
General route: La Gruvaz - La Turche - Col du Tricot - Refuge de Plan-Glacier - Chalets de Miage - La Gruvaz
There are the passage with cable, ladders and some time a bit exposed…
Gradient gain: about 1600 m. Length: about 17 km.
For very sporty and experimented hikers.

We meet at Gaillard, behind the customs of Moellesullaz, in front of the Librairie de France at 7 :00. Inscription is obligatory.
Equipment: Good mountain shoes, drink, warm and waterproof clothes….
All must be prepared the day before.
The hike is organised by the small hiking association Oxygene 74 http://assoc.pagespro-orange.fr/rando-74.
There is a participation fee of 5 Euro for a license of the French hiking federation FFRP, including insurance. Gas-sharing charges for those not driving of 0.10 euro-centimes per kilometer.
Formalities: The newcomers are asked to fill out the registration form
