Geneva Women’s Bible Study
Friday, September 16th, 2016 @ 09:00
rue de Monthoux 3, 1201 Geneve, Geneva
Geneva Bible Study is open to women of all ages and stages. Our desire is simply to encourage women to open the Bible and read what it says.
Whether you are of the Christian faith or another, lapsed, skeptical, are curious about what the Bible says or simply want some company - you are welcome and invited to join us.
This really is a great chance to meet other women of all ages and stages - whether new to Geneva, or been here for ages, fluent in English or not....you are welcome.
We meet at rue de Monthoux 3, 1201 Geneve, above the English Library in the Grande Salle, during school term time.
Coffee (& tea) is served from 9am and we begin with our study at 9.20am. There is a short session of teaching on the passage we are studying and then we break into discussion groups for the remaining time. We end at 11am. There are discussion questions set for the following week and homework...but it is not compulsory (just helps prepare your thoughts for discussion the next week).
Come and see - no obligation.
For full information and to learn more visit our website www.genevabiblestudy.ch
We have a suggested 30chf donation (to cover the printing & location cost) if you are a regular member...but don't let that dissuade you.
