Over 40’s meditation followed by snack

I would like to share my way of practicing meditation, for persons over fourty years of age. If you're a little under fourty, but have a strong interest in inner life, development, meditation, that's fine too. It is an easy, gentle way of meditating, relaxing, without the need for system, rituals, chant, mantras, so is fine for beginners.
This will take place in my home, as I don't have access to a meditation room or center, so space is slightly limited. You can sit on a chair, or on the floor, according to your preference, feel free to bring a cushion.
Your only contribution is if you wish to bring juice or tea or a fruit, nuts, chips, anything you would wish to share.
I will try to explain what is this meditation that I practice..
It is an ancestral meditation, so natural that it only requires very simple steps I will explain. It is a doorway to inner wisdom, peace, harmony, health.
The key is to practice it with sincerity, transparency, constancy, to develop peace, harmony, wisdom and health, and receive guidance from one's higher consciousness.
Everyone holds meditative tools within as a legacy.
Thousand of years ago, ancestors did not have an external emblem, indicating what is meditation. The wish to seek origins created the magic of transcendence in a natural manner, as ancestors were more united to nature, lived with nature, and were friends with nature.
Among other manifestations, ancestral meditation allows perception of the true Self.
