I would like to invite persons interested in inner development, to discover the ancestral meditation I practice.

An easy, gentle way to meditate, fine for beginners, as everyone holds meditative tools within as a divine legacy..

This evening is more a "preparation" for meditation than anything else, to help persons enter the state of meditation more easily in order to receive spiritual energies.

I wish I could organise a proper, more regular group, but past experience has shown this is not easy as my home is so small.

This ancestral meditation is non religious, it is so natural that it does not require rituals or mantras. All that is needed is to be open-minded and honest to receive help from the Supreme Conscience.

Thousand of years ago, ancestors did not have an external emblem, indicating what is meditation. The wish to seek origins created the magic of transcendence in a natural manner, as ancestors were more united to nature, lived with nature, and were friends with nature.

Among other manifestations, ancestral meditation allows perception of the true Self. It is a doorway to inner wisdom, peace, harmony, health. Meditation will last around 45 minutes.

I don't ask for any contribution, but if you wish, and this is entirely up to you, don't hesitate to bring any food (vegan)..
