Hello everybody !

Meditative gymnastic for health : are slow exercices, mostly from yoga, and limbering up exercices.. A small meditation is a terminal part.

3 parts :

1. warm-up
2. exercices
3. meditation ( sitting )

effects :
* release of stress / anxiety
* relaxation of body and mind
* encrease of force and flexibility of the body
* back pain release
* release of emotional tension
* serenity and inner peace
* ...... ( much more )

Part of meditation : at the end.

Everybody is welcome !! no need practicing yoga or any sport before, no need being sportive etc.. : it' s a friendly moment to relax and fulfill with good energy ! :))

Exercices suggestions are welcome :)

Gym takes place by any weather, except if it is raining a lot.

Place : Parc la Grange, in the rose garden ( see on google : "rose garden" ).

Bring your mat, or a towel is enought ..

N.B. Lesson is in french, but don' t worry I don't speak much ( and can also translate some words in english ).
