What time: 11am to 12pm
Where: Central Geneva - Pilates & Shiatsu

What to bring: Sports clothes (no shoes needed). There is a changing room in the studio
Fee: CHF 20.- for one hour to pay to Delphine when you arrive (price is only for this event)

Number of participants: Minimum 5 - Maximum 10
(please note that the event will be cancelled if less that 5 participants)
What is Pilates:
Pilates is a physical fitness system which improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
(please note that the lesson will be given in French)
