There's a saying that goes in French: "La viande, c'est la force!" :D Let's see that and go for a meat dinner!

I would suggest "Le Petit Boeuf" in Lausanne. Their speciality is the "steak tartare", style Natacha... Really delicious and one of the best tartare I have eaten sofar ;)

The place is just below the "Palais de Beaulieu" (bus line 2 should get you pretty close to it).

Please confirm by Saturday afternoon so that I can book a table early, as it is really quite busy in the evenings. Budget would be about CHF 40-45 /person, without wine.
