Lausanne Running Group

This is a group for people in Lausanne who would like to have the opportunity to run with friends and then have a drink afterwards.
It is for ALL ABILITY LEVELS, ALL SPEEDS, ALL ENERGY LEVELS, ALL AGES...BOYS AND GIRLS...PRETTY MUCH ANYONE IN A PAIR OF TRAINERS!!
As the group grows there is already a wide range of runners so whether you're starting to get fit or training for something serious there will be people here who you can pace yourself with.
We're meeting on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7.30pm by the three headed water "fountain" next to the pedaloes in Ouchy and across from the Crepe restaurant. Bring a 10 CHF note and we can all grab a beer or coke at the MGM bar afterwards...
