Rivaz Station - near Vevey on the Vevey - Lausanne line, Lausanne
Part 2 - BBQ and Swim at RIVAZ
Meet at Rivaz on the lakeside for swim and BBQ.
Rivaz is on the train line between Lausanne and Vevey.
To access the lake, just take the underpass under the railway and you are there.
Things to bring:
2. BBQ and Swim
Food, booze/soft drinks, maybe something to share
A throw-away BBQ (up to 3-4 people can share 1)
Picnic rug or mat + cushion if you like life’s luxuries
Swimming costume & towel
Jumper/jacket for the evening if it gets chilly
Torch
(those coming on the hike earlier can leave their stuff for the BBQ/Swim at my place).
