Lausanne Hikers will be doing this classic tour at the feet of the Dents-du-Midi south-side, leaving & arriving from Champéry, it's +-950m up & down again, a real proper T3, plse take real hiking boots as terrain is bit steep coming down.
Ye might want your sticks, too.

Also bring snack lunch and drink, Sun protection & a layer or two in case the wind picks up. The first part is in the shade, Yes, then there is an open section before reaching the lakes at the top. As the snow is still melting, there should be a bit of water in the lakes, still, but the terrain might be wet in shaded areas.

Bring sugary snacks for the last way down: your legs will be tired by then & we'll still need to reach Champéry through the stunning wall of rock.

If you come by car, plse park in Champéry, others will be arriving by train: meeting10.30 at big parking, we won't wait too long, quick coffee & off :-D
