For those interested, I suggest a snowshoe hike

We start from the train station of Allières, in Canton de Fribourg. The hike goes through forests and pastures and there's a nice view of Dent de Jaman and Dent de Lys along the way. There are some ups and downs, but no more than 200 m. The hike lasts 3h30 (at a good pace and with no breaks) and it is 5,5 km long.

Experience with snowshoeing is recommended. We'll take our time. It is not a race. But it is required to be fit.

Please bring a pic nic with you, some snacks and warm drinks. Dress warm and accordingly. Bring snowshoes and walking sticks (recommended) . You can rent your gear in Bachli, that is close to Lausanne train station if you don't have your own.

Meeting time is at 9h30 at Allières train station. Please post if you can take people in your car, or if you need a ride. You can also take the train: 8h21 in Lausanne, track 3, change in Montreux. It arrives in Allières at 9h21. We'll have time for a coffee or a snack before starting the hike.
